Five-foot step to N7, followed by a full-round attack of blue-fired fire blasts. Okay, I thought this through, and I have come to the conclusion that it doesn't matter if I'm shackled to the wall. I can still perform my action, just without the five-foot step. One extra from Firestorm, and Another from the haste from the chi enhancng tea. And no, us PCs never know when to die. Also, I am now down to 26 HP.
