    OOC: Since I won the grapple I automatically get to choose what grapple effect I want to inflict that round. I will choose to "Pin" him (page 157) and that means I get to use Chokehold. He automatically starts suffering from suffocation (page 168) though he does NOT get his Con to hold his breath as clarified by Steve Kenson.
