That's the problem. There's no way to just get a song out of your head. Although I find just stopping and listening to it gets rid of it somewhat.

The easiest way is listening to a simple and catchy bass-line or playing it yourself. Or play just about any instrument.

Though it led to me having Satisfaction played by a sax stuck in my head (the sax plays mostly the intro guitar line, then Jagger's singing).
