I think we've maybe got the Decima Espada slot open.

If that one has someone who's applied for it, and just isn't listed, then go through the various espada and look at their personality.

This post, "Las Noches" section, has all the Espada (and Fraccion) so far. Give it a gander, and think it over. Then feel free to ask more detailed questions to any/all Espada players.
