No, I've played IV (also DS remake) It was definately III. You had a party of 4 that were always the same characters and as you advanced you unlocked different classes that you could change them to. There was one point you had to turn mini to go into a mini cavern in a dragon statue. So annoying, I usually only had one spell caster and physical attacks did nothing when you were mini.

It seems I've went off on a tangent. Hmm, well it was definitely III.

Highwind is in every Final Fantasy.

But Kain Highwind specifically is ONLY in Final Fantasy IV. ;p And really, you should know that. So I'm assuming you're just bringing up an interesting fact.
