Default Shot on the Run with spells

Is there an equivalent to the shot on the run feat but with spells? Id like to be able to move, fire off a spell, and then keep moving.

Something I'd suggest would be Flyby attack, assuming you can obtain a means to fly in combat (which shouldn't be too hard for most spellcasters).

Mobile Spellcasting feat from Complete Adventurer. With Concentration checks, you can cast with a Concentration check of 20 + spell level, while moving. Meaning you can take a double move and cast. Flyby attack is most likely vulnerable to dispels, mobile spellcasting probably needs a concentration-boosting item to work reliably.

Or just get phantom steed and cast while it moves.

Flyby Attack is the only X-on the run that's really worth it, but Mobile Spellcasting is the only one I've seen for spellcasting specifically. Do note that while using a mount is perfectly valid, you have to make concentration checks for it's movement which basically end up the same as the Mobile Spellcasting feat. Unless it's a Phantom Steed, because they move faster than everything.

A collection of over 200 pages of individually small bans, tweaks, brews, and rule changes, usable piecemeal or nearly altogether, and even some convenient lists. Everything I've done that I'd call done enough to use in one place (plus a number of things I'm working on that aren't quite done, of course).
