    Default [Creature] Very Epic Swordscreature

It won't match the Hecatoncheires when it comes to number of attacks, but at least it has iterative attacks and magical weapons! Try not to fall asleep while reading its full attack. ;D

    Fallen Reaper
    Description
The Fallen Reaper looks like a tall humanoid with eight slender arms and a skeletal goat’s head, topped with crescent serrated horns. Each of its arms carries a sword, and an old worn-out cloak hangs freely on its gaunt but powerful body.

    Personality
The Fallen Reaper’s sole purpose is to destroy every living thing it sees. It will charge whenever possible, resorting to spells only when there is no other choice. Although the Fallen Reaper is a perpetual killing machine, it is far from stupid. In fact, it is more intelligent than almost all human beings, especially since it has lived for more than just a few millennia.

    Background
One of the descendants of the mighy deity Hextor, the Fallen Reaper is similar only to the god in such a way that it has more than a pair of arms, but this one bears eight. Being an abomination, it is uncared for, and was even banished to the Material Plane and sealed up for eon upon eon, for it was not deemed worthy to live in any of the deities' planes. No abomination is. What the people didn't know was that the seal was growing weaker as the Fallen Reaper's strength rapidly increased, and sooner or later...

The glint of steel is blinding, especially when all eight swords reflect the light. Holding the blades is a tall and gaunt creature topped with a goat's skull. Its powerful body connects eight relatively slender arms. An old and torn cloak rides on its overly long torso.

    Combat
    Keen Evasion (Ex)
The Fallen Reaper adds his wisdom modifier as an insight bonus to his armor class.

    Multistrike (Ex)
The Fallen Reaper can attack with all of its weapons using its normal attack bonus, and can perform iterative attacks using those weapons.

    Powerful Build (Ex)
The Fallen Reaper can wield weapons as if it was a large creature. Also, its grapple modifiers are increased, though its armor class and skill checks remain unchanged.

    Regeneration (Su)
The Fallen Reaper takes normal damage from lawful and epic weapons.

    See in Darkness (Su)
The Fallen Reaper can see in darkness as if the area was lit.

    Sneak Attack (Ex)
When the Fallen Reaper successfully deals damage while the enemy is denied his dexterity bonus, the Fallen Reaper adds 5d6 points of damage to all his attacks against that foe.

    Spell-like Abilities (Sp)
At will – Darkness, true seeing, teleport without error (self plus 100 pounds of objects only); 5/day – Animate dead, greater invisibility, true strike; 1/day – Wail of the banshee. The Fallen Reaper casts spells as a 40th level sorcerer. The save DC is Charisma-based.

    That's scary. That's VERY scary.

So what're the origins of this creature? Was it created for any reason, or was it just birthed from a murderous demiurge on the Astral Plane? Does it have a personality? What does it do when it's not killing things? Why isn't it ripping things limb from limb at this very moment?

Looks nasty, but how come it doesn't have Great Cleave. That seems missing, very missing.

And yes, a bit of back history might be nice, but otherwise good job.
And lo, the people of Soanso asked unto their leader for a nutricious food for them to partake to accompany meals containing meats, vegetables and sauces combined, and so in his infinite wisdom did their leader call upon his god to grant them their wish, and so pasta was born.

It is the epic version of it. To quote the SRD:
"A dread weapon excels at attacking one type of creature. Against its designated foe, its effective enhancement bonus is +4 better than its normal enhancement bonus. Further, it deals +4d6 points of bonus damage against the foe, and if it scores a successful critical hit against the foe, that creature must make a Fortitude save (DC 27) or be destroyed instantly and turned to dust. (This even affects creatures immune to critical hits or death magic.)"

I forgot to mention this, but this is an Abomination type creature (thus the max hp per hit dice).

Also added in background, as per request. :D

Does a weapon have to be Lawful and Epic, or just one, to bypass its regeneration?
Last projects, from years back: Lesser Disciplines (Tome of Battle). Also, Never Behind the Curve (multiclassing).

Some of my current work is under the name IGTN on D&D Wiki

What he said. By this level, a Holy Avenger type of weapon won't be too expensive or difficult to create. Either that, or 15 damage won't stop much.

Also added in Great Cleave, as it does make more sense that way. I don't know why I missed that, or maybe because it doesn't have any feat slots remaining, so I'll just place it as a bonus feat. ::)
