I would argue no - in the end, they weren't out to hurt anyone in particular, they were merely out for number 1, baby

The various Blackadders did have distinct personalities. I'd say I and III were Neutral Evil (one was trying to murder his own family members to acquire power, and the other tried to swindle his employer and, when the situation turned sour, beat up an elderly woman to recoup his losses), while II and IV (who were motivated by social ambition and survival instincts, respectively) were probably Chaotic Neutral.

As for the modern Lord Blackadder from Back and Forth... well, the dynasty's trademark ruthlessness and lust for power have sort of deteriorated over the centuries. He even rewards Baldrick for his help. I'm thinking Lawful Neutral.
