Simuninja
Some people have mastered the art of posting at the exact same moment as another poster. This is called Simuposting, and is the bane of all forum members. These people are called Simuninjas, and are extremely adept at their craft.
Hit Die: d6

Requirements: Hide 10 ranks, Move Silently 10 ranks, Sneak Attack class feature.
Saves: Reflex: good Will: bad Fort: bad
BAB: As Rogue
Skills Per Level: 4 + Int Modifier
Class Skills: Hide, Move Silently, Disable Device, Open Lock, Jump, Tumble, Climb, Sense Motive.

Features
Sneak Attack: At first level, a Simuninja receives Sneak Attack as a class feature, as +1d6 damage. This increases to +2d6 at 3rd level, and +3d6 at 5th level. This stacks with his previous Sneak Attack.
Simupost: At first level and onward, a Simuninja can Simupost another person. This deals damage equal to the Simuninja's character level, uses up a move action, and does not provoke an attack of opportunity. You must make a regular attack roll to hit. A Simuninja may use this ability as part of a regular attack by adding half the normal Simupost damage to the attack damage. A simuninja may use this twice per day, increasing to 4 times per day at level 3, and 6 times a day at level 5.
Improved Hide: At second level, a Simuninja gains a +2 bonus to all Hide checks. This increases to +4 at 4th level.
Improved Sneak: At second level, a Simuninja gains a +2 bonus to all Move Silently checks. This also increases to +4 at 4th level.

To really put the simu into Simuninja, he really should have a bunch of immediate action abilities. Particularly abilities that allow him to mirror his oppnent.

At least that's how I'd do it.

Also: An Int of 16+ means he has to start taking cross-class skills once those class skills are maxed. If he's human, an Int of only 14 will do the same. If the list of class skills is that short, the class should probably only have 2+Int skill points.

Personally, I think any type of ninja should be able to Climb. A Simuninja should also have Sense Motive to better predict when to simupost and Bluff to fake out the opponent he is simuposting.
