Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No
A massive ephemeral eagle bears down on the target, it's diamond talons shimmering before clawing deep into the scalp of your foe. The caster must succeed on an attack roll, with an attack bonus equal to their caster level plus their relevant ability score bonus. What, just so they will have something to go after Incorporeal creatures with at low levels?
Almost double the damage of Magic Missile at first level (6 vs 3.5)... not sure if that is balanced by the fact it requires an attack roll... given the fluff, that could be balanced by making it a full-round or 1 round casting time...[Public Service Announcement]P.E.A.C.H stands for Please Examine And Critique Honestly[/Public Service Announcement]

Need for an attack roll is big, IMO. Big enough to make this spell pretty useless at high levels due to the non-scaling. But then again, CoDzilla knows every spell, ever, without any effort...
Druids already have enough attack spells.
