[3.5e] Skirmish + Touch Attacks
Can you combine Skirmish and Touch Attacks, similar to combining Sneak Attack and Touch Attacks? Not that it matters much for the character I'm creating, a Half-Elf Scout/Ranger/Dragonmark Heir/Storm Sentry with the Dragonmark Visionary feat, but it would be interesting to know for a little extra oomph.
