Default any good prestige classes for a bard?

so I have a lv3 bard/lv 3 uncanny trickster, he's quite a pacifist and focuses more on diplomacy, bluffing and supporting other characters.
So what would be a good prestige class to take next?
Need a setting for your game? a character concept? any gaming related ideas? I make far to many to eat up myself, and therefor I am willing to share them. Free ideas! Get yer fluff here! PM me.

You could give Sublime Chord or Seeker of the Song a shot if you wanted to make him more magicky mystical or Virtuoso if you want to give a bit of kick to your bardic music.

Lyric Thaumaturge gives you Bard 2.0. Basically every level buffs everything your bard already can do. The only issue is that it doesn't advance your inspire bonus, but you can talk to your DM about that since it doesn't make much sense for LT to drop that advancement.

Otherwise, you're better off sticking with more Bard. The best Bard PrC(Sublime Chord) isn't available until level 11.

Not possible pre-epic, since SC1 can't be taken till 11, which lands SC2 at 12 and another 9 levels of Virt on top of that is 21. +8 levels of Virt is still AWESOME.

There's also the option of Bard 8/Virtuoso 2/Sublime Chord 2/Virtuoso +8 and Bard 9/Virtuoso 1/Sublime Chord 1/Virtuoso +9, but I find Bard 9/Virtuoso 1/Sublime Chord 2/Virtuoso +8 to give the best song selection (Bard 9 has the awesome Inspire Greatness and Sublime Chord 2 has the incredibly useful Song of Arcane Power; Revealing Melody is handy but nowhere near as strong as the two others, and overall Virtuoso's songs aren't so good that you'd want them earlier over the other two); I find the two songs to be worth more than finishing Virtuoso before epic.

I'm partial to Bard5/Mindbender1/Bard+3/Virt1/SC2/Virt+8 myself, if you can con your DM into allowing Mindsight (<3 PId6!!!).

Alternatively, I guess Bard5/Mindbender1/Bard+2/Virt+2/SC2/Virt+8 would work as well.

Virt10 is awesome, but having to wait all the way to 20 for it is annoying, especially not when you can get Song of Arcane Powah from level 12 and up.

If not going Bard 9, Bard 8 is pretty dead; thanks to Virtuoso continuing Inspire Courage-progression, Bard 7/MB 1/Virtuoso 2 is practically strictly better of the two choices.

Complete Arcane. It's only 1-level long class, but that 1 level is nice.

First rule of Mindbenders: Mindbender is a 1 level class
Second rule of Mindbenders: *waves hand* Mindbender is a 1 level class

I'd focus more on the caster part of the bard, as the diplomacy will be more on what is said, than with what bonus.
    Also, expected lvl progression is:
    starter ecl 6
    expected: ecl 8
most likely won't reach beyond 10

They get 9th level casting in 10 levels.
