Needs combat behavior and creation rules at the least. Also, having it be FASTER in the ground than it is over the surface offense my sensibilities.

well maybe, he like me, does not know how to make those fancy tables and things like you seem to.
as for the monster. I think it's awesome and I like how its faster underground to get away from those pesky PC's :P

The faster underground doesn't seem that odd. It could, for example, be pulled forward by its drill at speeds faster than it can normally walk on its short legs.

His legs are short, causing lower land speed, and the drill is very powerful.
