We need a new banner, avatarists, please help us get a new one! We really need a new one. Since the old one died...

HALO, an organisation of holiness, light, fun, and roleplay!
Joining is simple, you keep your soul, and your blood... And someone else keeps their blood as well (well, usually).
All you have to do is...

1. Must be non-evil

3. Ask to join
4. They might ask questions... So answer them!
5. You're pretty much in.

Angie returns from her camping trip and heads to her room. After dropping off her backpack she sort of wanders around the base seeing if anyone is around.

BR wanders out of the Lair and heads for the kitchen, for the moment distracted from plotting 1,001 Ways to Kill a Magtok by the memories of last night with Marle, a small smile on his face.

Angie waves to BR. She apparently has returned from her camping trip.

Marle is in the kitchen, dressed up as described in the last thread. She is finishing an orange - licking the juices off her fingers, actually.

BR waves back at Angie with a smile as he steps over to give Marle a sneaky kiss on the cheek!

Marle gasps and giggles and stands to hug BR's neck. She steps back and smoothes down her dress, blushing. "How do I look, babe? Thought I'd try something new." She glances at the note from the GLoG drone and reminds herself to mention it.

Angie smiles and keeps walking glancing in the kitchen before moving on to the library. She flops down in a chair and leans back closing her eyes.

You look absolutely wonderful, milove. BR smiles and returns Marle's hug happily. Then again, you look wonderful in anything. Can I fix you any breakfast?

Tobias strides into the kitchen, all growl n' scowl as usual.


Matt wakes up and decides it's time to get out of the damn bed.

Patty is still snoozing in a chair next to Matt's bed.

BR gives Tobias a nod, and keeps hugging Marle.


BR-the-player, with perfect timing as usual, has to go to lunch...

Marle blushes again and shakes her head. "I just ate. But, um, if you want to get something...would you mind looking this over for me and telling me what you think?" She gestures to the note from Cierra and hangs back a bit, hands clasped at her waist. Demure, classic-ly pretty.

Seeing BR deadtime, she sighs and heads out into the hall, heading for the infirmary to check on Matt again. Maybe he'll be up this time.

Matt's heading from the infirmary to the kitchen, and if he sees Marle he'll stop and smile.

Marle stops too, bashfully returning the smile as her cheeks turn pink. She smoothes at her dress self-consciously. "Hey Matty." She glances at his eyes, then back down, heart racing.

Afternoon Marle. His face starts turning red, so he tries to change the subject away from anything she might possibly want to talk about. Uh, was that Sam's body in there...?

[Dirk Kris]

Marle nods sadly. "Yeah. She came by to see BR and show off the baby and...Magtok..." She clears her throat quietly. "Um, but your dad and Dani are getting her raised, I think. And BR's on some MagBot hunting spree or something. So, um..." Her eyes flicker to his wrist to see if he still wears her favor.

Oh, and something Dirky forgot to mention. Marle infused some of her essence into the bracer. So whenever Matt thinks of her, he gets the faintest sensation of the tingles she gives him. And Marle feels it too.

He still does. Oh... I only met her twice, so we weren't really close... But he frowns and looks at the floor.

Oh? That's FUN.

"Still, I'm sorry, Matty." Marle steps forward - out of instinct - and tries to hug him. "With everything else that's been going on...I'm just...sorry."

Maybe a random line at the end of a post that just says tingle...

Matt hugs her back wordlessly.

Yeah, I can do that. Oh, and the period is ending, and my math isn't done, so I'll be back after school.

Marle releases Matt before her hug is held for an inappropriate length of time. She still silently wonders about his memories, and whether he meant it when he said he rememebered everything. Oh, and she needs to make sure he NEVER tells anyone about their last encounter.

Angie gets up out of her chair in the library and heads to the kitchen to get some lunch.

His face turns even more red as he tries to step around her and walk away. Oh. I need to, uh, wash the sheets...

He remembers all right.

Marle blushes...the same exact shade as the red on her dress. "OK, I'll see ya. And um, Matty - our secret, right?" Her eyes are hopeful and wide.

[McBish]

Angie walks into the kitchen and sees the two of them, assuming they are still there, and looks every where but at them as she goes to the fridge to look for something to eat.

Actually only BR's there at the moment.

Studying the note, and frowning.

He does look up and smile as he sees Angie. Hey. Have a good camping trip?



It might be noted that that demure, classically pretty stance Marle took is one of the things he loves the most...

Speaking of, Marle bounces back into the kitchen and smiles brightly at BR.

BR grins back, stepping over to give his beloved a tight hug and kiss on the forehead.
I was wondering where you'd got to, he says, teasingly, before pulling back and fixing his coffee.

[McBish]

Angie nods to BR's question. Yeah it was good to get away for a bit.

[Dirk Kris]

"Checked in on Matt really quick. He's awake and up, so that's good. And he remembered my name this time!" Marle answers honestly, grinning. "But you know I'd never go far. Did you read Cierra's note?"

...did she ever tell BR that Matt "forgot" her?

BR forgets.


Yeah, that is good. And I know you wouldn't. It's just I get kinda lonely when you're not around... BR smiles warmly at Marle as he sweetens his coffee, and nods to Angie. That's good too. It's always good to get away and out in the woods for awhile... And now he looks back at Marle! Yeah, I did. And I'm not sure if somebody needs to rescue the rescuer, or put off the Magslaying to avoid collateral damage...


Patty is still asleep.


Dani's awake, but still sitting in the infirmary.
