Would this work on natural weapons?

This substance can be applied to a weapon as a standard action. It will give the weapon the properties of alchemical silver for 1 hour, replacing the properties of any other special material it might have. One vial will coat a single melee weapon or 20 units of ammunition.

I don't think so, but I think its safe to say you could allow it as it won't cause any gamebreaking problems.

However I think there is a low level druid or ranger spell that allows you to treat your natural weapons as silvered.

I forget what they are, but I believe they're in Spell Compedium. There's two spells, one level 1 and one level 2. One makes your natural weapons silver, the other makes them good-aligned.

I'd recommend buying a wand, given the low level.

There is also a ring in MIC that makes attacks from a specific natural weapon bypass DR/adamantite. You could work from there and produce a (IMO much cheaper) ring that would bypass DR/silver
