Default D&D 3.5: What feats increase Spell DC's?

I am a level 4 Enchanter/1 Master Specialist. My goal is to have the highest save DC's possible against my Enchantment spells.

I already have Spell focus, and greater spell focus.

I have access to basically every book, though the DM does not allow dragon magazine.

He has allowed the use of flaws(Though with increased penalties) so I have a lot of feats to work with.

I'll also mention that I am a Grey Elf, so Tattoo focus is out, since the Red Wizards only admit humans.

So, what feats can I choose to vastly boost my DC's?

Shadow Weave Magic(FRCS) is limited, but good for illusion/enchantment.

Veil of Allure is an item in MIC that will boost your saves by 2 for 14K.

I play primarily 3.5 D&D. Most of my advice will be based off of this. If my advice doesn't apply, specify a version in your post.

Don't have the book in front of me, but the fey heritage feats can lead up to a higher enchantment dc feat. I 'll post when I can check for sure. Player's Handbook 2 I believe.

theres also prodigal wizard/sorcerer, treat your spell casting stat 2 points higher. Helpfull for more spells and +1 DC. I seen it in never winter nights 2, don't know what book its from.

if you branch out for spells to give bonuses, then check out the spell compendium. Thats all i got for now.

Found it. Complete Mage. Fey Power, it requires the fey Heritage feat too.It raises the caster level and save DCs of your enchantment spells (and warlock invocations).

Shadow weave sounds perfect. As for the Veil of Allure, I am a fifth level character. It'll be a while before I can afford one of those.

The fey heritage is wasteful. I'd have to spend two feats on one +1 to DC.

    Spell focus, greater spell focus

    Well, so far, I have:

Improved Initiative(Instead of Scribe scroll with the fighter feats variant)
    Spellcasting Prodigy: Gives +1 DC
    Spell Focus: Another +1 DC
Greater Spell Focus: Another +1 DC
Shadow Weave Magic: Another +1 DC.
Skill Focus Spellcraft Bonus from Master Specialist

So, a +4 to my DC saves at level 5 is certainly nothing to laugh at. Anything else I should take for next level?

if your evil, and use lots of evil spells, theres a feat in the book of vile deeds that boosts evil spells DC's.

Beyond that, the only thing I can think is boosting your casting stat the best you can. Level ups, stat boosting items, and tomes. cant think of anything else pre-epic. still, that +5 you mentioned with an 18 stat, you should see a +10 very soon. Nothing to sneeze at

Assuming you don't already have an item that grants +Int, remember that fox's cunning will give you +2 to save DCs by increasing your Int.

At 6th level, the best feat you could take to increase your save DCs is Leadership. Get a follower focused on debuffing, like a blackguard, hexblade, or necromancer. Also, looks at spells and metamagic feats that inflict the shaken or sickened condition: both conditions inflict a -2 to all saves, which is even better than a +2 to your save DCs since it helps allied casters as well.

34 (18+5 HD+5 Tome+6 Item) seems to be the common end-point for casting stats, giving a +12 to save DCs.

Also, consider debuffing spells like Mind Fog, Touch of Idiocy, Bestow Curse and others that either penalize all saves, or attack WIS.

Ability focus only affects the Special attacks of monsters. It's from the Monster manual 2-5.

The most recent version of Spellcasting Prodigy does not affect save DCs, unfortunately. The version in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting does, and that's the one Neverwinter Nights 2 uses, but it's 3.0. The updated 3.5 version in Player's Guide to Faerun only affects bonus spell slots.

Beware debuffs that require a save. If you're hoping the beastie fails a save, might as well hit it with something that kills it and save a spell slot.

True in general, but sometimes the attempt is worth it. Depends on how much of a hit they'll take.

Also, that's one of the reasons Mind Fog is a good spell - yes, they have a chance to resist with a save, but it doesn't take an action (beyond the first casting of the spell) to force the save, allowing you to do both.

@OP: I think you're going about it the wrong way: spending multiple feats, each granting you a single +1 DC.

    Consider this:
Cleric 1 dip, take Undeath domain (Extra Turning), along with whatever else.
Heighten Spell (useful for a number of other purposes, so you're not just burning a feat for a DC plus).
Divine Metamagic (Heighten). (Again, multiple other uses for Heighten, and DMM is the best way to power it, so this is a more versatile use.)
Assuming you're an arcane caster, Alternative Source Spell. This will allow you to make your arcane spells divine, so DMM may be applied to them. AltSSS will cost you -1 CL, but CL does not affect DC.

Each increase in spell level increases DC +1. With these three feats, and the minimum 6 daily turnings provided, you can raise the DC +5 on any spell of 4th level or lower. (Unfortunately, Heighten tops out at level 9.) If you have a high Charisma or take another Extra Turning feat, you may easily raise a humble 1st level spell to 9th level and give it a +8 DC.

This approach also has the advantage that, unlike the Spell Focus line, you are not limited to a single school

It's from Monster Manual 1, and it works just fine for characters. But it certainly wasn't intended to be used for Spells. (I'll let the lawyers decide whether it technically precludes spells or not.)

Vow of Nonviolence (requires Sacred Vow) from BoED raises the DC of non-damaging spells by 4, but requires you to not do lethal damage to humanoids.

Malign Spell Focus + Corrupt Spell will net you a +2 for 2 feats, Spell Focus: Evil will boost this too. Their is a good version of this too (Comp Divine+ BovD/BoED)
