Default [3.5/PF] A little conversion help?

I'm considering running the first adventure in the pathfinder "Rise of the Runelords" adventure path and my players are interested in using the pathfinder rules for it.

Assuming that I'm willing to buy the core book how would I convert the monsters / challenges from 3.5?

And as a follow up, is there a way to easily convert prc's or am I better of keeping my characters in the core classes?

Aright, first off, PF has some conversion stuff. It's really close. A few creature types are marginally different(construct is one). Skill points are marginally different. The base classes all have a few changes.

You can generally use PrCs as is, though PF has the core prCs as well. If anything, give the weaker PrCs a lil boost to match the generally higher power found in PF.

Converting 3.5 to PF can be tiresome, but it's not especially difficult. The systems are too similar for it to be all that confusing.
