Cleric PrC with skills?
Favored Soul, actually. I am looking for a PrC to give more skill points per level, and social skills in-class. Are there, w/o losing casting progression?

If you're an Elf or Half-Elf, Seeker of the Misty Isle (Complete Divine, pg. 61) has 6+Int skills per level and Diplomacy as a class skill. It is also full casting by the text (which trumps the table).

If you don't mind the three levels of rogue to qualify for it, the Giant's Divine Trickster is pretty nifty, 4+Int.

Church Inquisitor (C.Div) has full casting, decent class features, 4 skills/level, and only requires you know zone of truth as spell (easy for a cleric, sucks for favored soul) and skill ranks.

If you're a gnome, the Divine Prankster from Races of Stone has 6+Int skill points and gets Bluff, Diplomacy, Gather Information, and Sense Motive in-class. It's also full casting, but you have to lose a level to get the skill ranks to qualify.
There's also the Shadowbane Stalker from Complete Adventurer, which is more stealth-based but still has 6+Int skill points, Gather Information, and Sense Motive. However, it lacks Diplomacy, and it loses two caster levels over the course of the class plus another one getting the skill ranks to qualify.SnakePirate avatar by CheesePirate

Spontaneous Caster variant from Unearthed Arcana applied to Cloistered Cleric with the Trickery domain.
You'd get:
Spontaneous Casting just like a Favored Soul
6 + Int skill points per level
All Knowledge Skills as Class Skills
Bluff, Hide, Disguise as Class Skills
