Which one? They can both be mean. Although one is kinda cuddly-mean and the other is run-away-from-most-humans-mean.

I mean Kirby. When she was younger she would face down dogs many times her size. But she's old now and much more restful. Of course, the other one has always been timid and paranoid.

Really? Our cat has mellowed towards people, but gotten even nastier to other animals. But she's always been a weird one...

Well, she used to never talk to us or come near us or anything. But now she's much more vocal and when Grandma's dog was here for part of an evening a couple of weeks ago she was a bit out of sorts instead of outright violent "this is my territory, no dogs allowed" like she used to be.
I distinctly recall an event where the huskies that live on our street got out and hung around our place for a bit and she attacked one. We had to wash the blood off the stairs.

Oh, that? Usually that gets sorted out by biting them when they do that. Clawing back would work for those of us with talons, come to think of it. Unless you mean "attempts to kill you" by "claw," which is a mistake that a lot of beginning cat people make.

Of course, for the best cats you have to not separate them from their litter too early and yet also raise them by hand, which isn't really an option without being irresponsible and having a cat that isn't spayed and allowing it to breed.

As for the cat, she lived with her mother, her litter and another cat for a few months before we got her. At least, if I remember correctly. Plus, there were always people around her when she was young.

We were playing Twilight Fortress and the Hard AI was -really- hard. Plus I was Terran, and I'm a tad rusty at them. And then Ele steals two expos when I was just about to grab one, so I ragequit 'cause I've had a crap day. Off to see boyfie now, have fun y'all.
