What does it mean if a post is "moved"
Some of the threads I post, and I've seen other people do this to have been "moved". The section where usually a circle or checkmark is placed for the status of a thread has been changed to an arrow, and the boxes containing number of views, replies and the last reply are always blank. Can someone help explain what this means?

Re: What does it mean if a post is "moved"
It means the thread was taken from where you see it to another part of the forums.
It has been used for quarantining spam threads before deletion, but more importantly, sometimes discussions simply get misplaced and the mods help bring them to where they belong.

Re: What does it mean if a post is "moved"
Sheriff: Correct. Just click the thread title and you'll be taken to the thread in it's new location. If you get a message about not having permission, then that's a thread that's had to be quarantined out of sight.
Often people post in the general roleplaying forum when the subject is about a specific game or about homebrew. Or post in friendly banter when they meant media discussions. We tend to relocate those by request or when we notice them.Last edited by Roland St. Jude; 2014-10-17 at 11:51 PM.
