Caster Level Boosts

What are all of the ways to boost your caster level?

So far, I know of the orange ioun stone, the ring of arcane might, create magic tattoo, and the bead of karma. What other ways are there?

Spell Power from Archmage and Hierophant.
Divine Spell Power feat, spend turn attempts for +1-+4 CL.
The Consumptive Field spells, especially Greater Consumptive Field plus a bag of rats; raises it by 50%. They're [Evil], though.

Reserve feats give you +1 CL with spells of whatever [Type] they work off of.

Class features that give CL boosts with some or all spells; Divination from Unseen Seer, all from Ultimate Magus, your specialized school from Master Specialist.

I've got a non-WOTC book called Eldritch Sorcery which I recommend. It has a feat called "signature spell"; one spell you cast gets +2 to caster level.

Or you could use the official PHBII and just use Arcane Thesis, which is the same, except it lowers metamagic costs by one for that spell.

Wild Mage + Practiced Spellcaster = +0 ~ +3 Caster Level.

Despite it's intuitive wrongness (at least to me), this combination is supported by the FAQ.
