Default Alternate Uses of Move Actions

So because of reasons I've been looking into things you can do with your move action besides move or contribute to a full-round action. Here's what I've got so far that seems like it might be leveraged into something noteworthy.

Channel Spell - Spellsword, Ordained Champion
Other, less sexy weapon altering effects - Hammer of Moradin, Elemental Warrior, Incarnate Weapon Arm Bind, etc.
Demoralize - Fearsome Armor, Twisted Lord, Avenging Executioner
Regain Psionic Focus - Psionic Meditation, Heroic Focus*
Treat enemy as flanked for the next minute - Clarion Commander
Teleport - Blink Shirt Totem Bind, Shadow Stride, Blade of Orien, Some Spells, Several Powers
Move Spell's Effect - Flaming Sphere, Ball Lightning, etc.
Feint - Improved Feint, Winged Warrior, Insightful Feint
Touch Attack to prevent AoOs against specified ally - Combat Cloak Expert
Produce a Mind Blade or Fire Lash - Soulknife, Pyrokineticist
    Vomit a viper - Vipergout
Let an ally take an immediate action to make a move action - Squire of Legend
Give all allies a move action which can only be used to move up to their speed - Order Forged From Chaos
Coup de Grace with your Bite - Black Blood Cultist
Retrieve Item From Extra Dimensional Space - Handy Haversack and similar
Assume Twisted Form - Twisted Lord
Stir up a dust cloud - Winged Warrior
Create Natural Weapons - Warshaper, Slime Lord
Withdraw while swimming - Sahuagin Flip
Control Checks - Sphere of Annihilation
Start Bardic Music - Harmonize, Greater Harmonize
Concentrate on Bardic Music - Greater Harmonize
Make a full-round action Escape Artist check - Quick Escape
    Goad - Goad
Handle or Push an animal - Handle Animal skill, Animal Companion, Riding Bracers Totem Bind
    Gain Concealment - Shrouded Dance
    Draw/Sheathe Weapon**
    Get up from prone**

    *Costs Action Points
    **Provokes AoOs

Anyone else have a good use for dangling move actions?

Some skill tricks use a move action: Acrobatic Backstab, Corner Perch, Nimble Stand, Quick Swimmer, Speedy Ascent, Tumbling Crawl, Up the Hill, Walk the Walls, Wall Jumper
    Currently playing:
    - Dastrun "raging bulldozer" es Entragarth

Mantis Leap (Sword & Fist): turn a jump check into a charge.
Spiritual Weapon (Core) or Hammersphere (MIC): redirect spell to attack different target.
Unseen Servant (Core) or Collar of Perpetual Attendace (Fabulous Cats!): direct your US to do stuff.
Rod of Ropes (Complete Scoundrel): attack/bull rush with grapple.
Crystal of Return (MIC): call a weapon/shield back to your hand.
Bolt Shirt (MIC): teleport up to 60'.
Boots of Swift Passage (MIC): teleport up to 20'.

Ooh, yeah, that's sorta nifty. It's very similar to the Shrouded Dance skill trick I listed, but doesn't require as much Perform (Dance) and doesn't have the 1/encounter limitation.

Most of those are just ways to move more exotically, which isn't really what I'm looking for. Nimble Stand is noteworthy though. I'd missed it when I was looking through skill tricks for this.

Mantis Leap is pretty cool. Shame it requires 5 levels which I normally like to pretend don't exist.

I did note in my list that there were a lot of spells you could redirect as a move action, though my examples didn't really cover the breadth of what's possible there. You can change the direction of a Boreal Wind that way too, off the top of my head.

The Rod of Ropes is sort of cool. Shame the item itself is doing the bull rushing, so the check stays low and you can't Dungeoncrash or anything with it.

I tend to forget about Crystals of Return past the "least" version. Yeah, that's certainly a use for a move action.

More move action teleports are always nice.

I recall reading about a feat that used a move action and a bluff check (opposed by a sense motive check form your opponent.) and if you succeeded, you added your bluff check results to your armor class.

I though it was combat Panache, but it evidently wasn't, so I'm now scrambling trying to find out what it was. Does anyone know maybe?

That's more adding to movement than a distinct use for a move action, but it is a sort of interesting feat.

EDIT: Then again, I guess I put Sahuagin Flip on my list and withdrawing is a type of movement.

Sounds like something which probably exists, but I'm not sure either.

Combat Panache does have a move action+immediate action use to redirect an enemy melee attack though, so that's something.

Also, another one I remembered. Setting off the spells in a War Weaver's Eldritch Tapestry is a move action.
