so a thought occoured to me.

remember how Ardon could summon that little spirit owlbear thing? And when posessed by the nightmare spirit, the spirit could speak through the owlbear?

you think if Odie summons it, either Ardon or "Ardon's memmories" will posess / speak through the spirit owlbear? Hopefully the latter if any in my opinion, as i kinda hope he's dead-dead-dead.

Bobo was a shaman class ability. Unless Odie inherits Ardon's ability to use class abilities he shouldn't be able to use I don't think Odie can summon Bobo.

At the same time it wouldn't surprise me. Ardon is capable of all kinds of crazy stuff and he and nightmare are still inside of Odie.

I think Odie's previous concerns hold merit. It does seem like the only thing someone with Ardon's appearance can do to help her is marry her. On the other hand I doubt being being the wife of Ardon would actually stop at least one noble house from sending assassins after her.

I doubt she's interested in actually being his "wife" in any real sense. She wants to get married to meet her social obligations and get the assassins off her back. It wouldn't surprise me if she's planning on killing him afterwards. Or at least separating from him forever.

my guess is if she brings "ardon" in and manages to marry him before she inherits, then things might be able to live like she was supposed too. Houseless, but alive, not in hiding, and high-class.

She just said that her plan was to use the residual knowledge and intelligence of Ardon to make a plan, but since there is no such residue, then yes, she doesn't have a plan.

Tomatoes are, in fact, classified as a fruit. Peppers and olives are delicious things to top your pizza with, though. So he's wrong there.

Botanically speaking, you're right, but then grain is also a fruit, so the crust is as much "fruit" as tomato sauce. Culinary standards consider tomatoes "just" a vegetable and wheat "just" a cereal. Dietary standards consider tomatoes fruit-vegetables and wheat just a cereal.

Trying to make the definitions of fruit & vegetable mutually exclusive always leads to more problems the more you think about it. Unless you're OK with calling rice a fruit, then botanical standards work.

Vegetables can be fruits, roots, leaves, tubers, stalks, stems, seeds, doesn't matter, any edible plant matter is vegetable. Heck, not just plant matter, because mushrooms too are vegetables!

Fruits can also be things that aren't botanically fruits, like an apple isn't a fruit (technically, the fruit part of the apple is the core; the fleshy part of the apple is called a pseudofruit). And in some contexts, even a carrot or a sweet potato can be considered a fruit.

that is the effect of odie being back and ardon being gone. People don't complain every week that odie should ne back soon. and nobody really misses ardon - yet. There are no moral horizons crossed all the time either.

You add the tea to the cream, not the other way around. I know some people like scalded, curdled milk; but that's worse than milkless tea.

Not because of the eyebrows, but yeah, obviously he still exists. It's his comic. The story is about him. We know he's still riding around inside of Odie, and we know people can come back from that. Of course he still exists. Most importantly, the other characters aren't anywhere near interesting enough to carry the comic without him.

For all their character development Peanut and Ell are basically scene pieces for the real characters (Ardon and Odie) to bounce things off of. They almost never drive the plot.

The more interesting thing is that apparently Odie sleeps despite being in Ardon's body? Does this mean Ardon or the nightmare spirit can pop out and assume control at night? Unless his expression in the last panel is supposed to indicate that he's upset with an inability to sleep.
