Quick Question on Vicious
Does the extra 2d6 damage dealt by a Vicious weapon multiply on a critical hit?
Example: If I'm using a Greatsword (base damage 2d6) with the Vicious property and crit, am I essentially doing 4d6x2 damage, or is it 2d6x2 + 2d6?
What about the 1d6 damage dealt to me? If I crit the enemy, does it do 1d6x2 damage to me, too?

Re: Quick Question on Vicious
I would say not. It is similar to the flaming or shocking enchantments, and both of those are not multiplied with a critical hit. If I am not mistaken, extra dice are never multiplied, see sneak attack, skirmish, and sudden strike.
If I had a choice, I\'d fight Vampires over Ninjas, but Vampire Ninjas, I think not!

Re: Quick Question on Vicious
Takamari is correct. See the exception part of Multiplying Damage.

Re: Quick Question on Vicious
Extra dice of damage are never multiplied.
So Sneak Attack is never multiplied, Vicious is never multiplied, Flaming weapons are never multiplied, etc. But the +1 bonus from a +1 Longsword is multiplied, the Paladin's Smite bonus to damage is multiplied, your Str bonus is multiplied, etc.
