Re: [3.5/PF] GitP Regulars as Special Materials (and modifications like wand chambers
Nah, it's good.
Might do deities again. It's kind of important for interactions, and super good for creative folk. Unless someone has something they are dying for.
Also, super jealous of the puppy. I had a kitty I was taking care of before I moved into an apartment. you could be getting a soliloquy on this, but I'm tired and on mobile.
On that note, I'll start a Date A Live thread soon. Catch up!Avatar of Rudisplork Avatar of PC-dom and Slayer of the Internet. Extended sig

You know, we could always have out next thread be "GitP Regulars as Anime Archetypes." That's what this thread seems to have turned into recently, anyways.
In all seriousness, Deities or Skill Tricks both sound interesting to me.

Re: [3.5/PF] GitP Regulars as Special Materials (and modifications like wand chambers
Can't let this go by
Xul
Xul is made from crystallized ectoplasm that is harvested from unwilling ghosts. Due to its immaterial nature, it tends to flicker between planes unless forcefully restrained. When a piece of equipment made from Xul is used, the user must make a DC 15 Knowledge (planes) check in order to prevent the equipment from flickering. If the check is failed, weapons made from Xul treat targets as incorporeal, and armor made from Xul loses its armor bonus until it stops flickering. On a successful check, the equipment can grant the wearer a blink effect as the spell for 10 rounds per day.

Re: [3.5/PF] GitP Regulars as Special Materials (and modifications like wand chambers
..Well, Im actually surprised by this one. It looks pretty good, and potentially frustrating for those who don't know enough.
Lovely. I just noticed there was one for them and it seems I failed a check earlier... Or maybe I have yet again. I have bad habit of throwing checks.

Re: [3.5/PF] GitP Regulars as Special Materials (and modifications like wand chambers
I don't know you very well, but from your sig I can devise something!
Bloodwrought Metal
Less of a standard ore for smithing, bloodwrought metal is actually melted down armor and weapons from battles of the past. Some say that while you're heating the metal, you can hear the final screams of the former owner.
Effect
Weapons forged from bloodwrought metal, upon dealing damage, prevent any and all healing/regeneration effects for a number of rounds equal to the wielder's charisma modifier.
Armor forged from bloodwrought metal gives of an aura of fear that functions like dragon-fear, affecting all creatures hostile towards the wearer in a 30ft radius. (The save is DC 10 + 1/2 wearer's hit die + cha mod.)
Type of Item Item Cost Modifier Ammunition +60 gp Light Armor +5,000 gp Medium Armor +10,000 gp Heavy Armor +15,000 gp Shield +2,000 gp Weapon +3,000 gp Last edited by LoyalPaladin; 2016-01-11 at 01:42 PM.

The bardic world lost one of its heroes yesterday. A moment of silence for the great bard, David Bowie. The world has fallen down.

Re: [3.5/PF] GitP Regulars as Special Materials (and modifications like wand chambers
We need a bard/binder ACF that lets you channel your vestiges into your music. That would be sweet.
Oooh, I know. You burn a use of Bardic Music to increase your perform checks and attack rolls by the level of a chosen vestige, but the vestige becomes unbound after a number of rounds equal to your CHA modifier after activation.
Ok, this is funny. We should totally do this.Last edited by illyahr; 2016-01-11 at 01:32 PM.
