Half-Wit — Now up and running! Or maybe lurching.
So, I decided to try my own hand at a webcomic.
All feedback and constructive criticism is welcome. *Ducks are also cool.

Re: Half-Wit: feedback appreciated.
Thank you. Maybe I can retire now. And become a duck.
Anyway, I'm going by Boo, because...uh...I dunno. I just do. I use Boo for some other things, too. Because it's the coolest name ever.
And because he's such a cute little hamster.

Go for the eyes! Rrrrraaagggh!
But seriously, its cool Sneak. You are giving me hope that perhaps I too can create a webcomic. I've been thinking about it quite a bit actually.

I'd say go for it, Ear! Er, Face!
And thanks. Right now it's really more of a pet project/hobby than anything else, but who knows. It could grow (although I doubt it).

Re: Half-Wit: feedback appreciated.
Okay, I know this is your thread, but lets me just get some advice/thoughts/ego pumping/etc. here first.
I have an idea for a webcomic that is based around a demon. Not a Dnd demon, but a sort of larger impish creature who is a wannabe big evil demon. He is very, very touchy about the whole 'imp' subject. Not to mention a few other details.
Here is a sample banner of my intended style:

Re: Half-Wit: feedback appreciated.
Nice. I would get rid of the outlines on the cross-out over the imp, though, and I would also make some of the lines less think.
Anyway, Half-Wit now has nine comics! Hooray!

Re: Half-Wit: feedback appreciated.
He definately means thick, and I agree about the cross out.
I am already thinking of an opening comic.

Yes, I did mean thick. And cool, I'll be sure to check out your comic when you do make it.
@Book: Heh. Originally the rogaine strip was going to be a part of the previous comic, but I forgot to put it in and just made it into a full comic.

If you read the first comic, it should explain it. This part:
"Wanna duel?"
"Sure!"

Wow, that's pretty high praise. What other comics do you have on this "read frequently" list? I think my comic is funny, but not THAT great.
Anyway, it's updated.

Wow. Glad to be rated so high as to stand amongst the other titanic Pillars of Webcomichood. O.o
Especially when I only have a few comics done. But thanks, all of you. If my ego didn't get its daily dosage, I would shrivel up and die.
Or something.

Re: Half-Wit: feedback appreciated.
We have to keep pumping up your ego to ensure Ego Slayer can't destroy it.
And of course it's ranked high, you're one of the most popular and most humorous people on these boards. ;)

Of course. Because if anyone says it's bad, I'll sic Saithis on them or something.
Rawr.
And Ego Slayer would never destroy my ego. It's too large and puffy.

Feel free. I feel quotable.
And yes, I hope I can keep it up. Running out of jokes would not be fun.
Ah, well, if I do, I guess I can just resort to actual plot. Shudder.

Re: Half-Wit: feedback appreciated.
True dat. On both points.
I'm a good enough writer, but I personally find Drama webcomics boring and unimaginative. My best strength is in my amazing sense of humor.
And my razor-sharp wit.
And my super-art abilities.
And my stunning good looks.
And my...okay, well, we'll stop there.

Re: Half-Wit: feedback appreciated.
1. New comic is up. It's not really that funny in my opinion, but it just sort of jumped out at me. Anyway, I've got the next several comics planned out. They should be amusing, although some may be short. Probably at least one or two more will be up by the end of today.
2. 'Nother new comic up. This one I think is a bit better, and I threw in a little Firefly reference for the fun of it.
3. Yet another comic. I like the idea for it, but I'm not sure it turned out too well. Oh, plus another Firefly ref. :D
And sorry for double posting, but I kind of thought that three new comics warranted a new post.

Heh heh heh. I liked that last one, Sneak. Your fast comic creation is making me wish that I had a simpler style. It takes me a while to make a comic.
v: Copy and paste is very very nice... yesss precious...

Re: Half-Wit: feedback appreciated.
Once again, another new comic. I'm not really happy with this one, either. Ah, well.
I have a few comics that I really want to use, but I can't just plop them in. One of them may be in the far future (or possibly near), and two of them will definitely be in the near future.
And Earin, yeah: a nice, simple style definitely helps. I can churn out comics quite easily. And I've learned that copy+paste is your friend.
EDIT: Yet another comic.
