Planar Substitution Classes?

Been leafing through my Planar Handbook, and most of these Substitution Classes aren't very good at all. The only ones that look good are: The one that gives a monk spell resistance, the one that gives rouges Blink, the one that gives the fighter Dimensional Anchor, and the one that gives up a use of remove disease for a Celestial Mount. Are there any good ones out there? Are these any good.
