    Default OOTS #321 - The Discussion Thread

    New comic is up.

    Since there was no comic Monday, there will definitely be one Fridayish this week, so there will still be two.

    Ah, internal consistency. I've done that to my players before.

    "what happened to our horses?"

    "did you remember to tie them up at any point, feed them, brush them down, or in general do anything but ride them?"

    "no, but I don't see what this has to do with anything..."

    NEW COMIC INCOMING!

    How many times has this happened to our group? The druid has lost her horse, had to leave it behind, or had it die so many times that she refuses to get another on the grounds that it would be cruelty.

    And we're only, like.. level 5.

    What I do every time I see someone complain that their DM is a jerk just because some class/race/book/feat/etc. is not allowed at the gaming table.

    Heh, looks like the DM realised that they weren't supposed to have those horses, and corrected the mistake.

    Had to sack a DM once for doing that to our party

    Us: "we tie our horses up for the night"

    DM: "what horses? you didn't say you were riding your horses when you left the citadel three days ago. They're still in the stables"

    Us: ::)

    EDIT: First and most likely last time my post will be as high as page 2. I believe "WOOT!" is the accepted expression

    Yeah, I know this! Last weekend, our party crossed the whole realm to get the the starting point of the new adventure and we completely cut out the part of careing for your mount:
    "You leave the city of Trallop, capital of the duchy of willows. After two weeks of travel, you reach the port-town of Perricum."

    Heck, we even cut out the complete voyage! :o
