Default Good Software for Online Game

Here's the situation. I want to run a voice-based game over the web, and I want to be able to draw to my players as well.

Does anyone have a recommendation for what software to use?

A Simple simple solution is using Gametable, as well as a Setting up a free Ventrilo Server on your computer, and having everyone connect to it (Free servers allow up to 8 people to connect).
