Masterwork UMD skill tool?
It says in the PHB that you can get a masterwork tool covering just about any skill, does anyone have any arguments for why UMD shouldn't be included?
I was thinking it would be some sort of reference guide.
Assuming that it is fair, what about using the tool in combat, say when activating a wand, or perhaps you can study it every morning for an hour to be able to gain the bonus during combat later in the day?

I just use some kind of ring on your finger to help focus the magical energies you invoke with UMD.
