Although in a way I'm glad to see this happening: two people who were thoroughly sick of each other when they were alive shouldn't be making each miserable in heaven. Nice view of people moving on instead of being eternally stuck to the past because that is what's considered socially appropriate.

And before anyone starts saying Rich is insensitive to Hispanic people, I disagree with you. He's simply making humor out of mangled English.

He can have all the one night stands he wants, but he'll feel guilty about it anyway. Remember what Roy's Archon said, most LG types expect to feel guilty about casual sex.

Come to think of it, i wonder if the dates you pick at that Bar are actually other souls, or just astral constructs created for the sole purpose of making Celestia enjoyable for you.
Considering the line of that girl that was shown when Roy's Archon first showed his namesake the attractions, i tend to think it's the latter.

Marriage in the Upper Planes? It would be madness. Marriage is "till death do [the couple] part", and that's the Afterlife we're talking about, there is no death anymore. (Barring, maybe, a lower-planar invasion force? Would be quickly repelled, though. Planes tend to be immutable.)
