Making a goblin character

So a friend of mine is starting a sort of mini-adventure where the players are goblins. Their villages have been raided recently by some adventurers and they seek revenge. I have no idea what to play and i would be grateful of any suggestions. Atm we have a ranger, a warlock and 2 others i don't know what they are. As usually i rolled bad so i have like 15 15 14 13 12 9 as my stats.

First off, those are good stat rolls.

Second, I suggest a Swordsage. Pick up maneuvers and stances to make use of your small size, grab Shadow Hand to add Dex to your damage.

Grab Improved Trip and use the setting sun throw maneuvers, and enjoy the abject fun of watching a goblin hurl a human across the room.

As always, full casters are great, although sorcerer and favored soul are probably classes you don't want to pick.

Goblins are actually pretty good as a race, being small but without any penalty to their speed.

Goblins make very good Rogues, +4 to Move silently and +4 size to Hide.

Indeed. In fact, because of their speed and darkvision, they can make better rogues than halflings.

Pity there's no goblin rogue substitution levels.

Goblin rogue is good, but if you are starting at 1st level and continuing through lower brackets, a scout is much better. It's easier to get bonus damage and you get several highly useful class features right on.

Druid, Cleric, Wizard. They don't lose much from Goblin-hood and would probably still win D&D even if they did. Cleric is probably the best fitting for flavour.

I'll second ArmorArmadillo's suggestion. I think a goblin swordsage would be awesome. Think "ninja" with some good shadow hand and setting sun manuevers.

but back on topic, imagine a goblin artificer riding around in a giant mechanical suit with saw blades for hands?
