What's the name of the feat that lets you make a direction change during a charge, and where can I find it?

Do you mean Psionic Charge?

PSIONIC CHARGE [PSIONIC]
You can charge in a crooked line.

Prerequisite: Dex 13, Speed of Thought.

Benefit: To use this feat, you must expend your psionic focus. When you charge, you can make one turn of up to 90 degrees during your movement. All other restrictions on charges still apply; for instance, you cannot pass through a square that blocks or slows movement, or that contains a creature. You must have line of sight to the opponent at the start of your turn.

Far as I know it's in the Psionic Handbook.

Psionic Charge from XPH allows you to expend Psionic focus to make one 90 degree turn while charging.
It requires Dex 13 and Speed of Thought.

Fleet of Foot from Complete Warrior? It requires 15 DEX and Run though.

Second Fleet of Foot, also the Skill Trick Twisted Charge from Complete Scoundrel allows one direction change during a charge once per encounter. Need 5 ranks each in Balance and Tumble and costs 2 skill points.

Not using a feat, you can use salamander charge from ToB I believe.

The Travel Devotion feat from Complete Champion may also work for what you want to do, and then some.

As a swift action, move up to your speed... so get yourself in position (around a corner, around obstacles, etc.), then charge. After that... do it 9 more times in a row. Available at level 1, and no prereqs.
