    Default The Prime Evils

[Disclaimer] I am not obsessed with arch fiends or Diablo II, this series of threads is for a campaign world in progress. [/Disclaimer]

I've got the Diablo II: - to hell and back - book and it has a lot of interesting new monsters. However, the Prime Evils: Diablo and Mephisto, while they do have stats, for some reason don't have challenge ratings.

Does anybody know a good CR for these two?

I would eyeball it. Look at their powers available, attack bonuses, AC, and hitpoints, and compare it with the averages of PC's at differing levels until you find a set that is a close match.

Don't put too much stock in hitpoints though, those need to be higher than Tyrael.

there is a very good chance that they are way into epic and much like deities are not meant to be fought, that the stat block is simply there to illustrate what they can do.

however if you dont feel thats the case look up the publishers website for a revision sheet or post on their forums to get your answers.
