HALO, a new organization dedicated to the cause of good! To protect the playground and The Town! We have selected those who we (Me and Haruki) think to have the ability to help us in our cause!
Joining is simple, you keep your soul, and your blood... And someone else keeps their blood as well.
All you have to do is...

1. Must be non-evil
2. PM Masato or Haruki-Kun
3. Ask to join
4. They might ask questions... So answer them!
5. Your in if you are found worthy!

I would gladly like to present our first thread! Me and Haruki got together and decided to make an organization that was good! and that any good or certain nuetral aligned people could join.

To members: Leader elections are being held at the HALO opening party in the strategy room. There is cake, ice cream, soda, and all your average party stuff. Lets celebrate the opening of HALO!

The illusion fades leaving only a large grin and these parting words,

"I'm looking at you, Landfish...."
