No, it still would take 3 rounds.

Might I suggest a wand of resurgence?

If the spells allow for a save, resurgence, at a mere 750 a wand is probably your best bet, and can be as nessisary in some campaigns as the wand of CLW.

Well, I believe it was first printed in Complete Divine, but it has been reprinted in Spell Compendium. So if there's any difference between the two, Spell Compendium is the official version. But if you're like me and only have Complete Divine, you'll have to use that.
