Book of Vile Darkness reviewed!

Hey all,

It's been a while since I posted a new review on 3.5 Private Sanctuary. The truth is, I work at a school and review the books on my breaks, but I didn't feel comfortable bringing this book into a grade school.

The Book of Vile Darkness is up! Sure, it's 3.0, but it's still a great DM tool for villain creation.

I should get back to weekly reviews starting next week with Complete Adventurer.

By the way, there's a new section on the site: Original Content. Right now there's just the Night Stalker base class, but I hope to add new material every week. It's restricted to members only, though.

BovD is a good DM tool

Do not give access to your players the book, or be ready to ban a lot of things.

Hiveminds, Belt of the Dread emporer (yes the Ur Priest wants unlimited 9th lvl spells at lvl 14), Disciple of Dispatcher (Yes you want a crit range that is 300% times the normal amount with improved crit), etc.
