Torta's own chronocharm is also more thematic (if less useful) than the amulet. I thought we could give that to Urag, incidentally. He gets hit more than anyone other than Garrett and Garrett tends to share the pain with William. As for the ring, barring any objections, I'll tentatively appropriate it, then.

I dont mind getting the axe and the amulet of health, but jf anyone else wants the amulet Urag wont mind leaving it for someone else: he's already sitting on 64 hps amd that axe is expensive.

He'll also give back the +2 axe they got before to add to the loot since he will be using a +4 now.

Garrett could use that +2 to Con, but for Urag is also a +1 to will due to Stedfast and a +1 to the Barbarian's will could be worth much more than extra hit points for other characters...

Taking a -4 penalty to deal nonlethal damage? We may have to "capture" him with a mop and bucket otherwise.

Edit: I believe he gets no DEX bonus to armor when blind, so he shouldn't be too hard to hit.
