I am 4.5 pounds over my light load, could I give my Bedroll and Blanket to someone?

EDIT: Cyclo cannot shoulder the load for you as the bedroll and blanket will put him over light load.

You have Muleback Cords, which I don't see listed under your equipment. It makes your effective carrying weight for light load 49.5. You're also small sized so certain items, that are also small, are only half weight. So your rapier is only 1lb, Shortbow is only 1lb, Chain Shirt is only 12.5 lbs, bedroll is only 2.5lbs, and blanket is only 1.5lbs. So, I think you're good on your light load when you adjust those.

Yep, you can buy a scroll case.

I’m so sorry for the confusion, I calculated with the muleback cords, but this is my first time playing a small character. I will us Bolded Black, if tha is okay with you.

Niji the rainbow warrior will use these colours... Nah, just kidding, Indigo will do fine.

I'll switch the shortbow for a longbow, since he's actually proficient with it, which I missed (and I'll pay for the difference).
