I'm going with Prestidigitation. There is clearly no game effect for being bonked, which puts it in range of the cantrip.

Presumably, it's an Extraordinary ability which is therefore exmpt from the effect. (Some creatures get really weird Ex abilities. Check the MitD thread for an especially demented example.)

That was exactly my first thought on reading the comic this morning. "What is Sunny surreptitiously casting on Serini?" I mentally went back to the mysterious statement Serini made in an earlier encounter admonishing herself to "keep it together just a little bit longer" and started envisioning it was some anti-confusion effect or charm effect to help her maintain her mental focus and so on becuase I assume we'll learn at some point that Serini has major mental issues.

Then I went back and reread the prior comic and realized that it was just Sunny placing her back down after seizing her in a telekinetic hug in the prior comic. But the art surely made it look different at first glance to, apparently, at least the two of us.

Not all weird monster abilities are subject to antimagic, this appears to be one such. Given Serini's tactics, having a range of Ex abilities on hand makes sense for her.

So, quick question... why is V the only one, so far, to evade Serini's dunce knock? I mean, I'm pretty sure she bopped Haley earlier, and if anybody is equipped to both see it coming (with the sarcastic set-up) and to do something about it (good reflex saves/Evasion), it'd be her.

I might be misremembering, though. Or putting way too much thought into it.
