Wondering, can a Warlock's Eldritch Blast be applied (via Hideous Blow) to Attacks of Opportunity? And if so, can it be so applied more than once a round, with Combat Reflexes, say?

No it cannot. If you want that feature then you want Eldritch Glaive from Dragon Magic.

No. You need to take the Eldritch Glaive Invocation from Dragon Magic.

Actually, thats a qualified no. Until Epic level there's no way, but amongst other things the epic feat Eldritch Sculptor lets you do that. I assume this isn't what you were hoping to hear though :)
