Sizz-Lorr, Fry-lord of Foodcourtia

I am working on a boss/emcounter for my 18th level PC; Sizz-Lorr, Fry-lord of Foodcourtia, (Invader Zim) it has been a while since I have seen the episode and I am looking for suggestions on how to build him.

He seems like some kind of Exemplar to me. A REALLY powerful exemplar.

I have never used Exemplars before what are they like? This guy is big green and has a giant laser spatula.

Exemplars are skillmonkeys taken to the extreme it ceases being practical. To illustrate, an Exempla can become an outsider because he cooks really well.

Is it a race, class, or template?

A class, which, if I remember, went the whole 20 levels.

Of course, pity it got canceled. The line "LIES! IT'S ALL LIES!" is a battlecry of an inquisitor I play. And the one time I faced vermin swarms, I did the honor and, like the series did, changed it to "LICE! IT'S ALL LICE!"

So I was just looking up Exemplar and it looks like they are a prestige classes.

But my favorit episode was definately "Zim Eats Wafles".

I believe the portable hole full of beer had a battle chef class/prestige class. Also, Sizz-lor definitely needs a vorpal laser spatula, that or brilliant energy. (With XWP, focus, etc. Possibly Kensai of the laser spatula)

I will look in "portable hole full of beer" when I get home and I was thinking a briliant energy spatula.
