Question Need some help finding glaring weaknesses

Ok, so, I am the character builder of our group. What that means is, I am in charge of building PCs to the specifications given to me by the other players. Given that I truly enjoy character building (it is like an art) I agreed and have made our group six characters.

They all approve of the designs, which will be played from 1st level (except my Dwarf Rogue, which will be starting at 2nd because I am GMing first). Hit points are max hp * 1.5 + Con bonus for 1st level, max hp + Con bonus for every other level. (NPCs all get full HP/hit dice, so this isn't that great.) Skill points are retroactive with intelligence increase, given to the class you are levelling when you get the intelligence increase.

What I am looking for is gaping holes I missed. None of these characters are great at everything (heck, they're 1st level), but I am looking for glaring weaknesses I might have overlooked. Some of them have not been named yet (lazy players).

    Minotaur Ranger
    Elan Druid
    Milo Cherrybuster, the Halfling Necromancer
    Warforged Paladin
    Gimli, the Gnomish Bardling
    Marali Grobrin, Dwarven Rogue

Looks reasonable... Just one question: how are you playing a Minotaur with no Racial Hit Dice starting at level 1? A basic Minotaur can first be played at an ECL of roughly 8 (Racial hit dice+Level adjustment). Even dumping the Racial Hit Dice, it still has probably too many abilities for LA +0...

As you're DM'ing first, I just wouldn't throw the group up against too many traps... you're the Trapfinder...

The group appears a little bit light on healing initially, but appears decently balanced...

Krynnish Minotaur. LA +0 +4 Str, -2 Dex, -2 Int, -2 Cha, very few racial abilities and many do not relate to combat in any way.

Actually, I was thinking of having their 'boss' for their first dungeon give them a partially used Wand of Cure Light Wounds since most of the characters can use it (Paladin, Bard, Druid, but not the Ranger, as it is the non-spellcasting variant). I will be tossing more traps against them to compensate for giving them this 'extra item'. The Paladin should be able to take the hit and the Ranger should be able to save against the others. Those two will be the frontline anyway.
