Vermin Animal Companions

Is there any feats that allow you to have animal companions? If so...then what book is it in. More specifically...does the feat allow you to get "the crab" as an animal companion?

hmmm, im pretty sure there is. Check out the druid handbook at the wizards character optimization forums, there is a section on the vermin druid stuff.


however im pretty sure that you cant get "that crab" as an AC.

Eberron players guide has several feats relating to just that sort of scenario. Am away from books, but google should be able to hook you up with at least the generalities.

CrystalKeep mentions a feat, Vermin Companion, that lets you use vermin for an animal companion. It requires a feat, Child of Winter, that lets you use animal-specific spells and features on vermin. Both are Eberron-specific.
