The bubble-ship/submarine/random-thing-Amber-totally-did-not-just-make-up doesn't really give a reply to Vegarius, since it isn't sentient. No doubt the illusory panel would be ecstatic to talk to him and tell him everything he ever wanted to know, but it is busy extolling the virtues of using extra sticky cheese as caulk.
And Vael herself can't really hear him, what with being outside the base, being ranted at by a crazed little illusion, and being inside a rapidly water filled ship.

Quinsar looks at Orianna.

Tobias shrugs and walks through the base, holding a bag.

I really don't know, why are you asking me?

I was wondering if you had an idea, becuase I don't know what to do...
Vegarius half turns.

Well, unfortunately, I don't.

Vael finally manages to wrest the ship away from the underside of HALO, and slowly starts up. Of course, with all the water pouring in, that movement won't last long.
Then she notices the entrance. Hmmm...

[Quinsar]

Quinsar pulls a small rock from his robes, he examines it quickly, before speaking.
I'll be right back.
With this, he carefully places the stone on his tongue, and begins to go through the airlock.

[Mee]

Alright.
So, Vegarius, has he decided about letting you stay?

[FireFox]

Tobias follows Quinsar out the airlock. He will wildshape once the water flows through.
Tell me, have you ever seen a Cealocenth?

Vael rushes back into the other chamber of her craft and kicks open a chest, looking for what she needs...

[Quinsar]

Quinsar nods, and the airlock opens to the outside. Quinsar is now outside the base, somehow able to breath, and withstand the pressure. He begins looking the ship over, from a distance.

Toby, in Caelocenth ((Who can spell that?)) form moves in to take a closer look.

Oh good. I'm glad. So, from where do you hale? ((Sp? I should know this one, but, I can't decide which one it is, hale, or hail.))

Looking at it from a distance is hard considering its close proximity. But anyways.
It is a spherical contraption of wood, metal, and magic force. A good quarter of it is force, and the wood and metal layer over it to create a sort of interlocked pattern. There's a hatch on the top to get in and out, and ballasts to take in water or let it out, though how it would otherwise move is unknown.
Vael begins pulling things out of the chest and tossing them around, trying to find exactly what she needs before the ship sinks.

So, why did your text get smaller are you talking more quietly, every since we walked in?

Toby notices that it is sinking and tries to find the crack/leak

Quinsar gets to the ship, and tries to open the hatch.
