    Default balance issues.

    I was planning on making a ranger type class with animal companion at first level, it casts the spells instead of you, wich is determined by alignnent, and the animal can only be a monsterous spider.

    Not really.

    Compare to druid.

    Your animal companion progression still stinks, your spellcasting is still crap even if your companion is doing it for you.

    Your other abilites are still mediocore.

    I was going to modify things, better hit dice, earlier spellcasting, ability to ride better, that type of thing.

    I was also gonna remove favored enimy

    1) This is not the appropriate forum. You should ask to have this moved to the homebrew forum.

    2) Your question requires more details before it can be answered. Making it so the animal companion casts spells instead of the ranger will make certain spells less usable, but at the same time, actions are an important currency.
