Hi. I want a character portrait drawn in the style of OotS.
Having seen the many avatars and such on these forums, I figured this would be the place to come.
It being a portrait, I would like it in a larger image than an avatar of signature pic.

My character is a Grippli (Dragon 324). A race of humanoid treefrogs of comparable size to a halfling. (no hair btw)

His weapons are a machete, which he weilds with both hands, a bolas, and a composite "longbow" (a humans shortbow which is a longbow to him).

His skin is an icy blue tone, due to an air elemental bloodline, and has big orange eyes with thin line pupils. No other major features.

Anyone willing to do this: thanks ahead of time.

I'd like a custom avatar from one of the many talented hands i find myself confronted with every day i sign into the boards.

I was thinking of monkey, reclining in a chair behind a desk with it's feet up, with a cigar in-hand. I would like the monkey to be wearing a business suit and looking serious, to add an element of comedy.

I know it's not exactly what you were looking for, but I had this ready-made (inspired by something Alarra said somewhere).

Hey y'all!

I've been wanting to join the Town. It always helps me start a character when I have a picture for them!

If someone wouldn't mind? I'm not very picky, really. I'm thinking female, color of hair is optional though I do want it to be long and preferably curly. A long dress and belled sleeves would be nice, but again, the color is entirely optional. If she could have a young boy, about 2ish, in her arms/propped on her hip that would be great!

I think *I'll* request an avatar... I'm fascinated as to what other artists here are capable of...

A young half-celestial man, wearing a scarred white breastplate. His facial expression is one of eternal grimace, his black hair chaotically hangs down to the middle of his neck in the back and is slightly shorter in the front. Some of it hangs in front of his eyes. His face bears a long scar running diagonally on his right cheek. His right hand grasps a bastard sword, its edges nicked, and it's leather handle wrappings coming undone. Out of his back extend six wings, white, but torn and bleeding (he's not hurt, they're just always this way when he reveals them).

I feel the need to point out that my request still stands.

I feel as though my request for a character portrait should take precedence over a request for a pictre of cabbages storming a city. If only because I posted my request before the cabbages were requested. But also maybe because the request for cabbages was born out of a desire to be considered insane. Not that thats a bad thing.

Well...Right now I'm working on something else, but when I'm finished, I'll do paperclips...I'm not going to make a cabbage hoard storming a city, even though it does sound rather fun...

By the way, what constitutes, larger than an avatar. Double size? Triple? Or only a little bit bigger? A bit of a guide woule be handy.

No idea when I'll be done by, could be and hour or two, or maybe a few days...All depends.

robes cover the entire body

- wear a gold mask
an emotionless human mask (give him the mysterious effect)

- human (but difficult to tell behind the robes , hood and mask)

- rogue/fighter (something like a silent assasin)

- has a cool scmitar or katana

pose : standing and looking at the viewer in an angle but abou 1/3 -1/2 of his mask is covered by the hood
