Edit: A mending spell could probably fix it, as it is wooden, but the +3 would no longer apply to it, if I am remembering correctly

No, I don't think the mending spell can fix magic items. Also, does anyone else find it weird that the bow was taken out with one shot? Shouldn't it at least have like 20 some hit points because its plus 3? Combined with the fact that she is a rogue or an assassin, power attack shouldn't be an option and sneak attack doesn't apply to objects...

Maybe, but it wouldn't bring back the +3 magic enchantment. That's just gone.

That's sad for the bow. How would you fix it while getting the +3 bonus back? (I'm never too sure what the rules are for this sort of thing.) I find it worrying that Haley lacks the common sense to get a back-up weapon, though.

There's no reason to think she doesn't have Power Attack because of her class largely because we don't KNOW her class. She is an assassin, but she may have been a fighter/rogue before taking the prestige class. Since Power Attack is a prereq for Improved Sunder, it seems possible that she has taken both, easily explaining the one-hit sunder.

No reason a rogue can't have Power Attack and Improved Sunder on her own. All it requires is Str 13. It may be sub-optimal . . . but OotS characters often are non-optimized.

I don't like pickles to be honest. There is a possibility that Crystal has a really high Str stat as well. I'd assume she was a skill monkey class before becoming an Assassin based on how few skill points she has if her apparent intelligence is correct. Someone usggested that she may have a Fly wand and a good UMD skill in order to keep with that "airborn tramp" theme.

I foresee no major difficulties for Haley... She'll just find somebody to steal a +3 or higher bow from so she can get back in the fight. In fact, she may take the opportunity to steal a +5 bow, getting her back on a weapon enhancement parity with Roy.

That was pretty awesome, and a nice subversion on the "Minion comes up with idiotic plan to defeat hero", in that she had a much more sensible plan prepared as well.

Of course, this doesn't bode well for Haley. How is she meant to defend herself with only a sap?
