Firstly I do know the rules of the thread and was not trying to break them; he posted while I was writing the post (and finding the comic I wanted, as the case may be).

Second, the quotation marks around "weeks of hard adventuring" signify a direct quote. The words "weeks of hard adventuring" are not in that strip. Good guess, though.
