Default To us, it's a gift... [PRC, PEACH]

    The Grave-cursed Soul

    Derrack Garron, a Grave-cursed Soul

"They might see us as damned, but, in fact, we're blessed." - Derrack Garron, a Grave-cursed soul

The Grave-cursed soul is a being which have been touched by negative energy, and now wields it as a weapon of their own. Known for their abilities to utter curses which can infuse bodies with negative energy capable of animating corpses, the Grave-cursed Soul is a person to behold, as their kills will only press the advantage even more.
They are often laid back persons, preferring to keep their goals, intentions, and agendas hidden behind a "normal" life, as their secrets easily could stir up something ugly if they get revealed. Many of them are also members of organizations dedicated to the negative energy and the might that lies therein, and are generally more open-minded as soon as they get in contact with other members.
They have few enemies due to their secretive nature, but an organization called The Glorybringers, which consists mostly of Paladins and Clerics of Pelor, have declared war against all that can be traced back to the negative plane, and are also against the Grave-cursed Souls.

Grave-cursed Souls can come from any background, but are mostly Fighters or Paladins of tyranny. They favor melee combat, and some of their abilities are linked to charisma, so they favor classes which also makes good use of both.

    |Champion of the damned, Curse of damnation (5 rounds)[/table]

    Class Features:

Armor and weapon proficiencies: You gain no proficiencies with any weapons or armor.

Spawn of the damned (Su): You have been touched by the very force of negative energy, and some of the power still lingers in you. This grants you immunity to all poisons and darkvision out to 20 feet.

Wrecking touch (Su): Your very touch, infused with negative energy, causes the victim to wrack in pain, feeling the cold grasp of the grave. Once per day, you may make a touch attack against a creature. If it hits, you deal 1d6 cold damage and 1d6 negative damage to the creature touched. In addition, if it hits, your opponent is denied his dex bonus to AC for the next 1d3 rounds, due to having uncontrollable fits of pain going through his body.

Chilling comfort (Su): Even though you always are freezing, you have found a comfort in this numb feeling. At third level, you gain a +4 bonus on all saves against all spells with the cold descriptor.

Curse of damnation (Su): Just as the Grave-cursed Soul was victim for a negative energy, he can inflict a fragment of what had happened to him to other creatures. As a immediate action, the Grave-cursed Soul can curse a creature. If such a cursed creature is killed by an attack launched by you within three rounds, the negative energy imbued in the curse will unleash upon him, animating him as a mindless undead for 1 round, counting from the end of the turn in which the cursed subject died. The undead will use the same stats as the cursed creature, although it loses its intelligence score and its charisma score drops to 1. The undead created cannot use any class features, including spells, which the cursed creature had in life, though it can attack through normal means with any kind of weapon. The undead created will continue fighting no matter how much damage it takes; it's dead, and the real enemy is the negative energy animating it. The undead is under your control, but it can only understand commands which can be spoken and understood in one word.
At every two Grave-cursed Soul level thereafter, the duration increases by one round.

Fear the wicked (Su): All that is pure, all that is right, and all that is holy have one thing in common; they hate the twisted, dark, and malevolent things in the world. The Grave-cursed soul is one of those beings, and a especially unholy one at that. Beginning at third level, you can strike fear into your enemies as a standard action, once per day. All enemies within 30 feet of you must make a will save (DC = 10 + your charisma modifier + class level) or become shaken. Evil creatures are immune to this ability.

Assailant of the damned (Su): As you rise in power, your control of the negative energies within you become better and better, to the point of being able to tap this power into your attacks. As a swift action, you may gain a +2d6 negative damage bonus on you next damage roll, and a +1/class level profane bonus on your attack roll. This can be used once per day. In addition, you can now use your wrecking touch one more time per day.

See into the soul (Sp): At seventh level, you have become so used to the negative energy that runs in your blood, that you even can see it in others too. From now on, you are treated as being under the effects of the Deathwatch spell constantly. You can suppress and re-activate this ability as a swift action.

Nullify (Su): Starting at ninth level, you can command the very void to protect you. Once per day, you may, as an immediate action, gain a spell resistance equal to 11 + your charisma modifier + your class level against the next spell that affects you within one round. If the spell doesn't allow spell resistance, the spell resistance isn't wasted.

Champion of the damned (Su): At tenth level, you gain ultimate control over the negative energies inside you, making you a paragon of the dark. You may now, once per day as a swift action, enter an unholy stance that lasts for 5 rounds. During that time, all of the undead created by your curse of damnation gains a +3 profane bonus on attack and damage rolls. Also, while in this stance, you may channel your wrecking touch through a melee weapon. To do this, you must first declare one of your attacks, a free action, to be such an attack. This attack gets a bonus on the attack roll equal to your charisma modifier. If the attack hits, the target will both be dealt normal damage, and affected by the wrecking touch as if you have delivered it through normal means. In addition, and not as a part of the stance, you gain an additional use of wrecking touch per day.

To fit the fluff better Fear the Wicked shouldn't work on Evil creatures, and perhaps should only work on Good ones...

    I like it.

    One correction...

you can streak fear into your enemies as a standard action
I think you want to "strike" fear - somehow this class doesn't lend itself to gratuitous nudity.

I love this. And not just because I'm obsessed with negative energy. There are too few non-spellcasting PrCs out there, and this is a good one.
